Colin is perhaps best known to us and a school generation for his eight years in the long-running BBC hit series GRANGE HILL, joining the programme in 1994 playing Colin Brown.

Treading the boards since the age of 13, Colin has had a long and varied career in the acting profession be it on stage, television, film or voice over.

Film roles include Tom Hank’s epic war drama BAND OF BROTHERS (HB0) and David in DEMON HUNTERS (Image Effects). On Television Colin has presented the children’s game show 50/50 for CBBC and HOW 2, an educational internet series for Kent TV, alongside numerous commercials for Pizza Hut and Milky Way (healthy eating at its best!) and voice overs for animations for the BBC and also commercials.

Theatre roles include the role of Barry in TXT LIFE (Hazlitt Theatre Kent & Tour) and the lead role in HENRY V (Wycombe Swan Theatre)…yes he does the serious stuff too!!

No stranger to Pantomime 2021 marks Colin’s 20th year in Pantoland!

Past shows include Buttons in CINDERELLA (Thameside Theatre, Grays), Silly Billy in BEAUTY & THE BEAST (Cresset Theatre, Peterborough), Idle Jack in DICK WHITTINGTON (Towngate Theatre, Basildon), Jack in JACK AND THE BEANSTALK (Stage Theatre, Seven Oaks), Peter In PETER PAN (Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone), Simon in DICK WHITTINGTON (Embassy Theatre, Skegness), Smee in PETER PAN (Cresset Theatre, Peterborough), Buttons in CINDERELLA (Secombe Theatre, Sutton) and Good Robber in BABES IN THE WOOD (Garrick Theatre, Stockport). Widow Twankey in ALADDIN, Dame Trot in JACK & THE BEANSTALK (Elgiva Theatre, Chesham), returning 'Back by Popular Demand' to the Elgiva Theatre, Chesham to play Ugly Sister in CINDERELLA.

Colin has gained a huge popularity and is the resident Dame at the Deco Theatre, Northampton having played Ugly Sister in CINDERELLA, Dame Dolly in SNOW WHITE, Captain Hook in PETER PAN, Ugly Sister in CINDERELLA, Dame Trot in JACK & THE BEANSTALK and SLEEPING BEAUTY, the only panto to complete its run in 2020.

Panto 2021 Colin returns to The Deco Theatre to play Widow Twankey in ALADDIN.
