Alice Knapton

Alice trained at East 15. Most recently Alice has finished touring the UK & Ireland as Nora in 'A Doll's House', a modern production which blended Ibsen's script with verbatim interviews.

Other credits include: Mrs Erlynne / Duchess of Berwick in 'Lady Windermere's Fan' (UK & Ireland tour); Laura in 'Noel Coward's Still Life' ('Brief Encounter') (Union Theatre & Bridewell Theatre); Catherine in 'Proof' (UK Tour); Jeanette in 'Last of the Red Hot Lovers' (UK Tour); Bride / Moon / Girl in 'Blood Wedding' (UK Tour); Ophelia / Player in 'Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead' (UK Tour); Estella / Mrs Joe in 'Great Expectations' (Barons Court Theatre); Chorus in 'The Bacchae' (Southwark Playhouse & Camden People's Theatre).

Alice has also worked extensively for Secret Cinema in productions such 'One Flew Over a Cuckoos's Nest', 'Bladerunner', 'Bugsy Malone', 'Lost Boys' and 'Top Gun'.

Having spent the last couple of years teaching Drama and English in Switzerland, and taking on some directing work in both the UK and Switzerland, Alice is now thrilled to be back in London and on the stage.
